The New Digital Divide in Rural & Urban America

As ever-faster wired and wireless connections proliferate, future services could disproportionately improve the quality of life for older, poorer and geographically isolated Americans. For example, next-generation job applications, school assignments and senior needs focus on connected homes and digital health care. The cost of non-adoption is high and likely to increase.
